ISES Solar World Congress Calls for the Rapid Transition to a Renewable Energy World

The ISES Solar World Congress [2009]which was hosted in Johannesburg last week [11-14 Oct 2009] lead to the passing of a resolution by the Congress which calls for a global target of 100% renewable energies by the middle of this century (by 2050).
