Solar Panels Imported from China to USA
"The Commerce Department has found that China provided illegal trade incentives for Chinese made solar panels for the U.S. market, and that this was unfair to solar panel manufacturers in the United States. As a result, beginning this summer our Commerce Department will charge a tariff upon all Chinese imports of modules.
