Safe Disposal of CFLs (Compact Flourescent Lightbulbs)

In this IOL news article, we are informed that the City of Cape Town is apparently calling for legislation "that will make manufacturers and retailers responsible for the safe disposal of mercury-containing compact fluorescent lightbulbs."
