WWF & Other NGO's Unveil Draft Copenhagen Climate Treaty

On 8th of June, this draft treaty was unveiled in Germany and is said to be a benchmark "legally binding agreement" for the world's governments to consider leading up to Copenhagen's Climate Conference to be held at the end of this year.
