Higher Electricity Tarrifs & New Levy on Non-Renewable Power Generation Comes into effect on 1 July 2009

Eskom's Electricity tariffs will increase as from 1 July 2009 by an amount of 31.3% (this is slightly short of the massive 34% increase Eskom applied for).
