Optimum colliery cleans up its water act

This Business Report tells how "Optimum Coal yesterday opened South Africa's second plant to treat water for acid mine drainage in Middelburg at a cost of R600 million, as the government said mining houses should clean up or risk eligibility for water-use licences."
